Guest Post : A Verse On Life , by Indira

Pictures
I sat down to write
With pen, paper and
A heart full of pride,

As I thought I was wise enough
And the time was ripe and right.

God laughed and said-

Borrowed phrases, borrowed quotes,
This is what you think writing is?
Be innovative,
Get some experience ,
Fight your battles yourself
Stand up for what is just and right.
Give voice to your life.
Then only my child
You earn a right to write
A meaningful verse on life.

A warm welcome to my first guest , Indira who blogs here .

diaryOnce upon a time , I found the name Indira in another WordPress blogger’s comment section. I went to her blog page that evening and saw all her brilliant creations – photographs , paintings, haiku , short stories , poems- actually everything I love. I immediately clicked the “Follow” button.

We became friends pretty soon after that. She’s one inspiring blogger in my WordPress Family. My most favorite ghost story-teller too. Even the ghosts in her posts have beautiful hearts; they don’t play with blood and don’t stop learning even in their ghost-hood. 🙂

When I sent Indira a mail with a request to guest blog , she was back within a day. I can’t thank her enough for this friendship.

If you loved this post, you can check the following ones too. They are my favorites.
