We all want our words to be immortal. Then we take some extreme steps to make that happen.
The other day while hiking deep inside a redwood forest, I found this branch with words; and I wondered what kind of memories those redwoods will carry to the future!
Makes you wonder what stories this tree would be able to tell for sure. Just like you I also hope that we can teach our children and others to look after nature and not destroy it. Great photo and post. 😀
Yes, I don’t know why we hurt those wordless souls to engrave our words on them. I don’t like that thing at all. But bringing awareness is such a long process. Thank you, Sonel, for the visit and your words. It was very nice to see you here.
I don’t either and has never done that and I wonder who taugh people to do that? To me a tree is a living thing and that must hurt.
I agree and because of people like you and others who cares about the environment, it can happen. 😀
You are very welcome hon and sorry for not visiting you more often. Things are just crazy here and I can’t keep up. 😀
I always agree what you say. Lovely post. You present your thoughts in a very interesting and effective way. It touches.
Thank you, Indira. I hope people are less cruel to plants. 🙂
