Unchecked, the instincts now reigned supreme, threatening her to bend to their will, she had always liked her spine vertical, so she went undercover to learn about her enemy’s accomplices and vulnerabilities.
She learnt of stretching exercises, 24 hour fasting, curcumin, turmeric latte( homemade) and Disease modifying anti rheumatic medication and biological inhibitors.
She learnt of self-restraint and mindfulness.
She knew about them but never thought she would need to learn about them.
She was young, care free and fit
But then she never imagined being a control freak can be skin deep too, her own immune system stabbing her in the back!
