When I started working, we were a bunch of social researchers developing tools, recording, transcribing and organizing our interviews manually.
At that time, we considered ourselves somewhat tech-savvy because we occasionally utilized Google Sheets and Docs.
Nowadays, I can’t imagine anyone undertaking those research tasks manually. Instead, we rely on AI powered tools like ChatGPT for tool development, automated transcription services for interview transcriptions, and tailored organizational methods for accessing such files.
Currently, I am working on building a fitness app, and we are 100% remote, we use Zoho for all our work needs, and it’s the most comprehensive virtual workspace based on my experience.
