What’s the most fun way to exercise?

If there’s a prompt about exercise, you would always find me responding.

I already talked about running in yesterday’s post, and running in a park just hits different, in the morning as the world wakes up, the cacophony dissipates into the serenity of the park, as if transported into a magical realm.

I am not a morning person on most days, so it’s mostly during the evenings that I go to the park for a run, and no matter how bleak everything looked even moments earlier, a run under the warm haze of the golden hour fixes just about everything.

If not running, my second favorite these days is strength training, completing a circuit, feeling the burn in your muscles as your intensifying breaths threaten to drown your heart, but then you dive right into the next circuit.

I also love dancing to Bhangra and Bollywood mixes because those always make you dance!

My least favorite exercise is burpees and I almost never do it, even when I promise myself I would.

Why it is my least favorite, I do have a few ideas, but will share them in another post on another day.
