The one where 21 days feel like an eternity…

I have never been a challenge oriented person. I have always been rebellious, often a rebel without cause.

But if you don’t try new things in your 30s, what are you even doing with yourself.

So, it is with much trepidation and some reasonable doubt, I announce my participation in a 21 days challenge to bring some consistency in my day.

I am consistent some days, and some days make it really hard to be consistent. For example, majority of North India is battling a severe heat wave and it just makes me super low on energy. But, I know some of you may be tutting at this statement and thinking of it as an excuse. It IS an excuse and for the next 21 days, I will battle this very horrible habit and replace it with superhero habit. Also, June happens to be my birthday month and birthday months come with their own baggage of what-ifs and why-nots, so I am gonna shut them up with this recipe for being perfect.

So, how will my day look like on the 21 Day Challenge?

Early mornings with writing- Finish writing that book, Archita!

Mornings with some form of activity– strength training, running and some dance moves for the rest days

Afternoons– Work- this happens without much push, so not much to sweat here

Late Afternoons– Nap time

Evenings– More work and chores

Nights– Read something everyday, better, read what you wrote in the morning.

Meals– High on Protein and fat. Carbs around workouts. Having more home cooked meals than usual.

Note: The hardest challenges would be writing my book and tracking my meals.

I will be consistent with this for the next 21 days, starting June 1st( tomorrow).

Q: What will I have achieved by the end of it?

A: The belief that I can stay consistent for 21 days, something so underrated but unfathomably difficult for me .
