I saw this prompt and experienced a gush of thoughts. I wanted to be at so many places- at my ancestral home, in an idyllic place, of the kind you have screensavers of; in a specific moment in the past where I was incredibly happy.
Then I closed my eyes to clear my head and the answer came to me.
I want to live in the here and now.
My now is a series of choices and actions I took to reach because I wanted the best for myself, and who else would know what’s the best for me.
So, if I could live anywhere on this planet, I would like to live in the now.
