July Writing Challenge-Day 17
I am a cat person, but like most cat people, I don’t dislike dogs.
I feel cats get this bad rap about being mean or aloof, when they are the goofiest homebodies who don’t need your constant attention, but just likes having you around with, preferably, some distance between you two!
Cats are also social animals, since they domesticated themselves , an evolutionary marvel.
They are also fun and whimsical, they can go from a lazy fuzzball to a teenager on a banned energy drink within seconds.
They can play fetch too and copy your moves.
Mine does that. He also likes to follow me around everywhere, and sometimes latches the door from outside in his desperation to find me, and stops eating when I’m not around. He is the perfect companion for me.
