July Writing Challenge-Day 29
I think I’ve been repeating dates in this challenge. Why does it feel like I did 29th twice!
Why is July seemingly endless?
Why does August come so soon?
Why is this year over before it began.
Why have I started dreading my birth month since I turned 30?
But today was a good day, as good days go, as Lexi from Modern Love would have agreed if we had been friends and our up days were synced.
And I rediscovered my sweet tooth, which is a dangerously delicious development.
It rained today, pattered down heavily throughout the day. The rain drops stuck around for longer, you could see the Sun whispering through them, the birds were delirious too. Our cat slept the whole day, sleeping like a baby, but extra baby today. He looked so happy, I almost didn’t disturb him.
In other news, I have answered all the prompts; another reason to be happy I guess?
